  3. Take it easy on the vices like smoking and drinking alcohol.
    They are not healthy in any way. Smoking is bad for the brain and lungs. It is also bad for our skin and it causes cancer. The same goes for drinking alcohol.
  4. Slow down on eating greasy and oily food.
    Yes, we need oil in our body as well. Healthy fat is good for the brain. Too much fat is not healthy at all. It causes obesity, junk food addiction, and heart diseases that we do not want to experience in the future.
  5. It’s never a bad day to sweat out the toxins in your body.
