Future Expectations Community Care Services wouldn’t be standing for 13 years now (and counting!) if it weren’t for her level of professional expertise.
Well, it really wouldn’t be surprising if you take a look at how efficient and competent Joshlan Raymo had been in the field of skilled nursing care:
- Joshlan started out as a charge nurse in 2001 at Heritage Manor of Natchitoches and Parkview Care Center.
It was where she mastered an accumulation of skills such as medication administration, glucose monitoring, IV therapy, wound care, blood extraction for laboratory testing, and more. Her exposure of almost than 3 years allowed her to be confident in her abilities. This, in turn, encouraged her to set her sights out for a greater challenge.
- In 2004, Joshlan became a staff nurse at Louisiana Extended Care Hospital.
There, she actively practiced her leadership skills by delegating tasks to other healthcare workers in lieu of their strengths in order to efficiently get the job done. Aside from that, she had a great opportunity to provide assistance while learning techniques and exercises that aided patients during occupational, physical, respiratory, and speech therapy.
- The following year 2005; Joshlan set out her sights to expand her career!
She worked as a program director and nurse at Precious Moments Child Care Center. At the same time, she improved her skills in rendering wound care at Maison DeVille Care Center. Once she had acquired a well-refined skill set, she knew it was time to extend her service to the people who needed it the most: YOU.
